Sourced from old steep vineyards. Deep dark Ruby. Aromas of pronounced red fruits with the right balance of spices. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with licorice and sweet spice. Long finish, great balance with generous acidity, elegant ending with a mineral character. Very Nice still has room to age

Dry dirt road on nose. Very ripe and rich on palate. Just a little to ripe and hot- would have been better picked at 14% not 14.5%

Strong taste..one really good wine from Alvaro Palacios not spending a fortune on it.
Advice: open one hour before serving, otherwise you will not enjoy it fully

On the nose, I find strawberry, blackberry, some forest floor and oaky hints of vanilla. In the mouth, the wine is medium bodied with the berries coming through. The texture is quite silky with a long finish with a slight tannic bite.

Medium Nose with dark berries, black currant and bitter chocolate. Full bodied, concentrated, very young tannins, fresh acidity and long aromatic and spicy finnish.
