Dense and dark. Highly extracted. Needs aeration. Outstanding at its price.

Big fruit. Big Napa cab style wine. Gifts from Barsha’s wine club. I used to like this sort of thing more.

In Fairness, Barsha gave me the option of a smoother bottle. Should have taken it.

Bright fruit- lots of sugars, berry and cherry. Peppery on the end. Not amazing with dinner and a bit one dimensional, but a solid drinking wine.

Not nearly as good as the flagship, but drinkable.

Really nice plum, black cherry, and oaky flavors (but not too much). I find myself reaching for Malbec more and more on weeknights; there’s something very easy and almost always enjoyable about them. And this one is bordering on nice complexity too...would be interesting to try a version with a few years of cellar age.

Body: Full
Acidity: Medium
Tannin: Medium+
Typicity: High
