A WOW wine for me... The color is medium yellow with a hint of gold. The nose is mildly intense with tropical fruit and oak influences. The palate is dry, with medium acidity and minerality. The palate is consistent with the nose, with bitter lemon, tropical fruit.

18 months in oak. Crazy big wine.

Tropical fruit but not super ripe, rich with body and texture.

Very light and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day.

2016 - Honeysuckle, luscious bouquet; golden hue; great legs; viscous, lightly acidic, slightly late harvest, touch of citrus, light honey finish; still the best Sau Blanc there is, the one to beat; without a doubt!

Very good Sauvignon Blanc with a little sweetness, green pear, honey suckle, slightly citrusy ..
