Cannonau di Sardegna

My first Cannonau!
Ruby in color, high opacity even in light.
Fresh and sour limestone minerality on the nose, and an unfamiliar note of rich soil.

Extremely long lingering finish, which twinkles away pleasantly.

Had this at True Food on September 30th, 2021 with Jonathan. Needs to air out, but is delicious. Tart
