Smells like a unripe blackberries, just trying to find Their way ripe.
Very tart fruit, unripe and acidic, either very young grapes, or could not reach full maturity. Cacao, green pepper, very strong acidity, popsicle stick tannin. Blackberries, Tea.

Jalapeño pepper, vanilla,and ripe fruit on the nose. Tight tannins but reasonable finish.

Some vegetal, pepper, meatiness on the palate, some fruit, and some tannins, but very good overall.

High altitude rich carmenere paired with gamey lamp rack and watercress sauce
