Very rich and sophisticated. The smell of yeasty fresh baked bread and bruised apple. Blanched bitter almond, yellow apple, pear. Excellent.

Interesting cava. Great smell. Fruitier than most cavas with a nice raisin aftertaste and some notes of green apple.

Starts off w a wonderful fruity nose. A bit disappointing taste w pretty much earth. Still some yellow fruit.
