Shaved coconut on the nose with backdrop of mineral oil. Nice oak and acid. Strong mid palate with a nice balance of acid and fruit. Honeycombs and pineapple for days. Nice finish, that sails. Prefer this over the Fiat Main.

Alpha Omega Toyon 2015 Chard on Sunday Phillies/ Flyers today. Gift from Doc Tony, Big Thanks. Rich creamy with stone fruits and a touch of lemon curd. This Chard right after opening drinking Awesome. Also flavors of baked bread, almonds and cream cheese. WOW! Thanks Doc....CB 96 in my notes!
