Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The ‘18 is showing well. Decanted for 30 min. It just kept coming with layers of expression.

Good drinkable wine. The bottle was empty fast.

Great with roasted marshmallows

A beautiful Cab with small amounts of Cab Franc, Merlot & Petit Verdot added. Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruits, oak, sweet herbs and floral spice. On the palate black raspberry and blackberry flavors with notes of cacao and espresso. Fine integrated tannins, balanced acidity on lingering smooth finish ending with sweet toasty oak tones. Nice!

Went through the entire tasting at the winery - felt like a dozen plus wines. Good wines but Lordy are they expensive for the quality. Classic Napa marketing of a GREAT location selling overpriced wines.

A nice cab. Nothing outstanding. Fruit forward.

Surprisingly may be a little past prime. Earthy, leather, dried fruit, olive.

Dense blackberry fruit, a hint of smoke, graphite. Old school structure. Delicious in my opinion. Needs a good decant early, or years in the cellar.

I wanted to live this but it fell a bit short. The structure is decent, and the wine exhibits notes of black olive, black plum, cherry liqueur, graphite, and a hint of damp soil and celery leaf. The end was slightly bitter and had an abrupt finish. Not a bad wine at all, but maybe just a bit disappointing at this price point.

Very good, cherry, chocolate, Angelique like it more than me
