I like it a lot because it doesn't really taste like a Sauvignon blanc: not excessive floral, not necessarily sweet, but a fluffiness and a touch of forest freshness. impressed that it's Greek.

Oily texture, 15 second finish, this wine sees pre fermentation skin contact and sur lies aging.
