Hedgehog Single Vineyard Rosé

Fresh and delicate. Didn't last long enough to think hard about it.

aromas; Sour cherry, lime zest, white flowers, chalk, stone. appealing. palate; Pink grapefruit, sour cherry, bites every- a bit savory toward finish. High acid, mineral backbone. May be better on day 2!

Strong burst of flavors as salinity. Hot summer night!

Very similar in flavor to a Provence Rosé even though made from Xinomavro. Light strawberry flavor that was refreshing and relaxing.

Beautiful rose made from 100% single vineyard Xinomavro. Nose of red cherry, raspberry, pomelo, green tomato, light fresh herbs (thyme?). Medium body. Round acidity. Subtle saline and bitterness on the long finish.
