The acidity is unbalanced on this wine, it seems too high because there isn’t enough rich ripe fruit to balance it. Also there are yoghurt and cheese curd notes from the malolactic fermentation that don’t match well with the other aromas and flavors. I feel disappointed because this wine has good ratings from Jancis and Robert Parker Magazine but it’s just acceptable. #xinomavro

Pinot noir style which I am not the biggest fan of, but it had a complex nose and I could taste that it was well made. Good pairing with the lamb chops of my wife
