Кислая вишня, малина, язычки дыма из коптильни, свекла, калина, марганец, сталь, мох, летняя листва. Крепкая, но не перекачанная структура, хорошая кислотность, чуть ощутимая летучесть. Некомплексно, угловато, но уверенно и убедительно.
