味わい的にはザ白ワイン。
スルメイカが安かったので、塩焼き、照り焼き、肝醤油と3種の味で試してみた。
スルメイカで臭くなるかも？と思ったが、臭みは出ずに美味しく食べられた。
塩焼きは無難。醤油の要素が加わると全然。
焼売のときのようなばっちり感はなく、なぜだろう？
普段より醤油っぽく感じた老祥記にはぴったり。
醤油というか生地の甘さとしょっぱさにあったのかな。味わい的に老祥記も焼売みたいなもんよね。
