the class subject was 🇮🇹

pale 🍋👀

blossom, Apple, pear and 🍋 👃

high acidity.
medium body.

pear, lemon, blossom and hints of herbs 👄

short 🎯

i wanted to try soave as i loved 🇮🇹 whites i tried (especially falanghina).
and remembered @Ellen Clifford mentioning it in her podcast.

very simple yet very enjoyable for me.

Paired well with Salad course.

Butterscotch, dry finish
