Amazing Willamette Valley Pinot from an “under-known” vintner! Definitely try this if you can!! Wonderful fruit, easy drinking and hits the pallet like a good Pinot should!! Strawberry, maybe some mild smoke on the back palette.

Fruity and perhaps a bit young but paired beautifully with pork chops and spinach salad. The wine became earthier and more complex. Let it be open for about 20 minutes before serving.
