Coteau de Rosette Chablis Chardonnay

Serious Chablis with a little malo. Mineral and acid shining through.

Really gorgeous. At first, it’s the richness of the year that is most evident, but it gains focus and minerality with air.
Give this at least one hour in a decanter. Superb.

Crushed shells, green pineapple, apple, some flint. Gooseberry and kiwi. Lots of acid and just a touch of sweetness. Very intense, luscious.
