The mousse was really aggressive to start, but a little air and swirling dealt with that. This is a dark rose in color...looks like a saignee. On the nose: wild strawberry, lemon and cranberry. On the palate: good acidity, pink grapefruit and pomegranate, then a nice clean finish.

Jan 23rd, 2021Very nice: dense nose with wild strawberry, a touch of watermelon. On the palate, ok acidity..a bit softer than I would like, then strawberry, soft mousse, lemon oil, melon, a touch quick on the finish. Not nearly as good as the 08 imo, which was a head-turner.
