Drinking way above it’s Langhe designation, this is a flawless Nebbiolo that is exactly what you want from Piedmont. More approachable than most Barolos, but plenty of grippy tannins, almonds and spice, tart cherry, and roses. Lovely.

Big and dry, just like Texas. Great with the risotto Bolognese.
