A wonderful Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast. Easy drinking and fruit forward.

Showing nice complexity with a smooth mouthfeel.

Dry on the palate with red and black fruits, light oak, vanilla spices, espresso, light cola, chocolates and peppercorn.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Good by itself as a sipping wine by the porch.

14.1% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

Cherry, cranberry, raspberry, rhubarb, maple, loamy earth, bacon fat and oak. Light-bodied and soft tannins.

A great side project from Dan Kosta of Kosta Browne. Well integrated fruit and oak. Sexy, lush Pinot from Sonoma Coast. A hidden gem - if you love KB try this for a fraction of the price.

Chilling (literally) in Houston tonight by the fire bowl and pool enjoying some great music and wine. Beautiful ruby color in my glass. A great nose of baking spices, pomegranate and red plums. Elegant flavors of plums, pomegranate, orange peel, earthiness, and smoke. Beautiful acidity and silky soft tannins. A fantastic wine. I’ll sit on my other bottles for a while because I think this wine has great aging potential. Cheers everyone.

Premier vintage of a new label from Dan Kosta of Kosta Browne fame and Emeril Lagasse, named for their wives. Much more food friendly style than KB. For those who know me, "goes great with food" are 4 of the scariest words on the planet. Not my style, and in my humble opinion, nowhere near worth the price of admission. One and done for me.

Named for the wives of Dan Kosta and Emeril Lagasse, this Pinot is not readily available, yet quite enjoyable with the bacon wrapped Pork tenderloin at Mayacama.
