Nice clean Pinot Grigio with notes of pineapple and apricot

Not in love with this. A bit too bitter for my palette. Would not buy again.

Flavor lasts quite a while on the tongue, a bit pungent overall as well.

Paired nicely with salmon with herb marinade and tatziki, w sweet potatoes and spinach on the side . There’s a hint of roundness to the texture that worked w the yogurt sauce
