Jose Pastor Selections. 100% Albariño. Salt, stone fruit, nice acidity up front, coating texture on the fin. Christy says “this makes my mouth water”.

A unique and enjoyable selection. Tart, acidic, and slightly salty, this complex wine transitions through many citrus flavors on the tongue. Pairs well with summer salads and white fish but is also great solo. May well become one of my favorite whites.
