Trying to coax the Morot Monopole along tonight as it is very closed like most 2010.. Decanted and after an hour showing the quality of this vintage but better to hold for some years ahead.

Still on training wheels. The oak is still on the high side but there is some underlying tones coming out. Cinnamon, and rich wet earth. Will be interesting to see this mellow out in time.
