Marvelous. Full and viscous with apricots, lychee, honey, ginger and clove spice. A gorgeous blanket for the palate. The Thanksgiving wine of the day.

Nov 24th, 2015Quite shy for a Gewürz & very fresh. There’s the classical rose water, Fuji apples & lychee but also some rhubarb and fresh grapes.
On the palate this is clearly offdry yet superbly balanced with juicy acidity & mineral backbone. Highly drinkable stuff, esp. with some blue cheese!

A dessert wine from Alsace, France. After try the Amazon ant, I feel like fearless hahahaha. The dessert wine is decent, paring with mango, chocolate and a local fruit.
