Medium straw. Off dry, white peach, yellow apple, Asian pear, Meyer lemon, peach blossom, allspice, cinnamon, musk, curry spices, honey, and crushed stone. Linear zesty medium level acidity. Creamy and round mouthfeel. It was a lovely pairing with Japanese curry 🍛 we had for dinner 😋.

Like a Vendage Tardive. Hints of Botrytis gives a wonderful complexity. 16 years old. Lovely cumquat marmalade, wasabi and olive oil. No hint of oxidation. Unctuous on the palate yet a freshness that is confounding. Incredible length and finish.

Ripe melon, star fruit, tangerine, a sweet undertone well-described as "banana leaf". Off-dry, ripe and unctuous with good acid, a little phenolic bitterness on the finish. Some oily weight to this.

Big, rich tangerine, over-ripe grapefruit, subtle spice, honey and just a hint of minerality. Beautifully crafted wine that drinks well with some air, but will definitely age gracefully.

Apricot, peach, honey, tropical fruit, mineral in the finish, medium body, a slight sweetness meets a hint a acidity. 2017 vintage.

Would love to try in 3-5 years, but this is very nice now. Deep and mouth filling Alsatian Pinot Gris, with excellent acidity and a good off-dry profile. Would never have guessed 14% abv, no hint of heat. Long finish and excellent with halibut with chermoula.
