Alsace Chasselas

I wish I could wear this as a scent.. No joke some serious balance and restraint. Great for breakfast 😁

2014 Chasselas. Exudes it's Alpine origins with aromas of grassy meadows, tiny white flowers, and raw hazelnut. A sip is dense and bracing and filled with just ripe stone fruit. Begs to be paired with a traditional Raclette feast.

Lovely... drinking the 2012 in 2017 and can taste some age. Chalky, bright... perfect with cheese.

Perfumed floral pleasantly round. Tasted blind I might place it in sudtirol... or maybe Alsace. It wants a winter night and a French meals. Maybe I want that. Anyway, it's good, not Boxler Riesling but enjoyable.

Delicious. Great nose.

Respect! This wine has me craving fall produce. Oily/creamy texture.

An example of balance. The ripe, round flavors of stone fruit with mouth watering acidity and a touch of residual sugar compliment the chalky finish.
