Twas a Happy Thanksgiving meal prepared by Chef Nat Gunter in Auburn, Alabama. Still lively on the nose. Excellent with shaved truffle on roasted chicken. YUM

This was good, and not green, but also not nearly as good as it was a few years ago, when it was expansive, silky, and full of exotic RSV spice - right now it's lesser in each department.
