Pop and pour. Six years since my last btl. This has hardened considerably with time in the bottle. On the nose: hard cherry candy, toast and a touch of va. On the palate: cherry leaning in a cough-syrup direction with a bitter, woody aftertaste and slightly disjointed. Soft tannin on the tangy finish. Right now, this seems like it was more pleasing earlier in its evolution, but we'll see what tomorrow brings.
