This winemaker always makes me swoon. Exactly what I craved tonight; a lightweight aromatic red. Very asphalt and iron-tasting, some allusions to fur, lean and acid but thick and loaded on midpalate. Killed it with pheasant. Will get better, looking forward to my last bottle may years from now.
