Flint, matchstick, white flowers, white peach, honeycomb and hints of caramel. Smoky impression on the nose is intoxicating. Gorgeous.

Wow. Smokey flinty stunner. My Gawd is there a better value on the planet other than masturbation?

This is peaking, I'll bet. Getting tertiary with tiny, gentle allusions to caramel, mint, buckwheat, and honeyed petrol (that last aromatic layer brings to mind an Austrian Chardonnay or Riesling). Still retains an amazing fresh acidity, an over-arching, saline mineral tanginess, and has become slightly honeyed. Drink now! Sang with a sauce Mornay gnocchi.

This was an amazing find and so complex and layered. Rich and mineral yet powerful. So delicious

Splendid mineral nose, silky fat entry, so perfect with creamy spinach & salmon feuillete, selfish!
