Très bien élevé. In a beautiful place right now. Great value, this was $25 back in 2014, what a pedigree. Evocative nose—softened tannins, violet. Palate is all classic notes of roasted meat, olives, iron, savory spices. Slightly one-dimensional (lacks a truly compelling finish), yet stands on its own among its more exalted brethren in the northern Rhône.
