This Rosé is made of 50% mourverde, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Salmon in color with a pink hue.
On the nose, strawberries, cherries, bitter almonds and grapefruits.
Dry on the palate with strawberries, red currents, almonds and cherries.
Light to medium bodied and refreshing with a long finish.
Great to sip by itself by the pool.
Fermented in oak barrels for 8 weeks and then aged for another 4 months in oak.
Only 3200 bottles produced.
13% alcohol by volume.
