This was interesting - if served blind I would have thought it to be a French blend of Sauvignon Blanc with vermentino or rousanne - very aromatic, medium acids and a decent finish. I believe this was a local Salento wine so nice to see that they can retain aromas and acidity in such a dry mediterranean climate.
