Some earthy compost heap aromas. Palate showing both sweet and sour cherry notes. Good balance with fine savoury tannins. Superb food wine.

Grippy. Tannins are prominent.

Not sure on the bottle - cork not in great condition and a touch more thin acidic than usual

Delicious. Still youthful

Ruby color. Still a lot of dark red fruit with wet leaves and soil. Soft finish.

The fourth bottle, only the men we're left standing. Very good year, tannic, but with balance. Could have be the first wine. It has a broad appeal, but the tasters at greve village in tuscany love it too
