Complex white wine. The nose alone impressive, smelling of happy Summer days and peach. The wine needs 30 minutes to even out, but the blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay then balances out. The wine is somewhat sweet from the Pinot Blanc, but then finishes with a Chardonnay flavor. A great wine.
