Tinajacura Guarilihue Alto Cinsault Carignan

Loving Chilean wine lately. Carignan coming through much more than the Cinsault. Smooth with a roasty/mushroomy finish. Give it some time to air out some of the “natural-ness”. Thanksgiving ‘25

Smoky woody leathery rich red

Smoke bomb! Very robust with earth and smoked wood prevailing. Funky ferment going on too. Delish, but you have to be mentally prepared for it.

Cigar smoke. Marinated green olives. Volcanic soil. The slightest effervescence.

Funky funky. Not my favorite.

Wonderful.
