A very beautiful Chilean wine that I look forward to having again. Light to medium bodied, well balanced acidity with floral notes that sit perfectly on the palate with a little earth and flint. A versatile red that was adored by even the “I don’t really drink red” wine-drinkers at the table. That said, these “I don’t really drink red” people shall not be named nor invited back to any future table settings ;)
