Very good day one. Robust, ripe cherry, borderline unbalanced barbers d’alba. Day two wasn’t so greasy. Lost the balance and was flabby.

Overly acidic. With some air (and with food) it settled a little to reveal strawberries, mineral and tannin.

Tart strawberries. Paired well with beef stew. Struggled on its own. Definitely could use some aging.
