Grafs family minus K visit (Ho left) mom BD 5/7/22. Cab lineup through the decades. A well made modern restrained Napa Cab that’s light on its feet with bright fruits and good acids. Good aging potential.

May 8th, 2022Interesting. So this was very one dimensional, tart raspberries/cherries on opening. But after 3 hours of air it exploded into flavor. Much more pepper, earth, and the slightest hint of leather. The tart berries are there but much more integrated. This is by far the lightest bodied Cabernet I’ve ever had from Napa. Needs air.
