Very aromatic, orange peel, sweet melon on the noise, good saline taste on the palate, balanced acidity, medium finish. Will pair very well with grilled white fish.

Jul 21st, 2023Quite youthful, more backward than the 2016 and 2019 were at a similar age, drier and more structured than those earlier vintages, needs aging, very good.

Dec 11th, 2021Floral, aromas suggest just a tad of sweetness, flavors a light, lively, round and simply beautiful, medium-long finish, great Alsatian Muscat!! BTW, Bollenberg is NOT a Grand Cru to my knowledge, it would certainly say so on the label if it was!!
