Spice, white peach, mineral aromas and flavors, this still has very excellent acidity, but seems “fatter” on the palate than the last bottle I opened a year ago, long finish, very nice Alsatian Pinot Gris!

Spicy, just a tad off-dry, lovely and pure white stonefruits, nice weight and body, good acid balance, medium-long finish, needs cellaring.
