Earthy, savoury character. Med full bodied, with cherry all day. Evolved in the glass and changed with every food pairing. Dark chocolate notes came out with truffle pizza. A big drink but super smooth and complex.

Aaron has produced a textbook Pinot with his Derbyshire Vineyard Pinot. It’s refined but not subtle. It’s fruit is in check. Paired with Mexican, pizza and pork chops.
