Fresh, precise, and textural. Didn’t really get to focus on this wine, but I recall enjoying it. Elegant in short.

Delectable don’t know this one…but it is oh so good. It’s a coteaux champenois, white.

Bread, citrus and nuts aroma. Acidic and energetic bubble’s stimulation makes me feel fresh. This is 3rd time actually. adrien renoir le terroir grand cru verzy pinot noir chardonnay @1750, domaine, 230401

2015 Adrien Renoir - Verzy, is in the northeast corner of the Montagne de Reims, has been described as one of the most fascinating and diverse terroirs in the region. Les Epinettes vineyard is 100% Pinot Noir and is 100% delicious. Four generations of the Renoir family have been involved in winemaking in Champagne. The wines now bear the name of the fourth generation on the label, having previously been labeled as Vincent Renoir. Rich, toasty brioche, saline, acidity, complex. A very special champagne. Elegance in a bottle may be the best descriptor.
Champagne tasting dinner. My favorite. @55Seventy

Base 2016. Degorged 2019. 🍏 Green Apple. Slightly caramelized already. Touch apple pie.

Red fruits including strawberry and raspberry. Liquor like flavor. Small bubbles making me stimulated. @1850, domaine, 210115
