Willamette Valley Pinot Gris

Vibrant fruit, wonderful texture and a light stony minerality. Unoaked and unadulterated!

Jun 1st, 2016Apples and pears - not in the cockney sense. Nice clean, slightly crisp finish. Solid, but not incredible.

This was tonight’s choice. Hot humid evening in St. Paul at the Lowertown Blues Festival. Had dinner at Public on Mears Park. Pino Gris is a very good choice with the cheese plate, lobster linguine not so much with the petite filet. A refreshing white from Oregon (yes, Oregon makes white wine).
