Sep 25th, 2015Peppery and smokey. Tasting plums, strawberries, and sour black cherries. Not my favorite Adelsheim, but still a fine wine.

Aug 19th, 20182012 was a great year in the Willamette Valley and this wine shows it. IMO, Temperance Hill is Adelsheim’s flagship wine. Mineral and fruit, you can almost sense the stone in the soil, and the ripeness of the fruit.

Feb 2nd, 2018Subtle dark cherry and red plum, maybe a hint of clove or gentle tobacco notes on the nose. Smooth and silky across the tongue. Dark berry on the back. Temperance Hill is the only Pinot Noir to get from Adelsheim; consistent and never disappoints, pretty close to a sure thing, IMO.
