Gets better with air, decant for an hour and it will pay off. — 7 years ago
Smooth and easy drinking; casual cab. Pairing with grilled beef. Black currant and white pepper on the nose. Black cherry, light oak on the palette. I’ve had better Napa cabs, but also much worse. — 7 years ago
Great earthy and leather notes finely balanced with fruit on the nose. Love! — 7 years ago
Beautiful fruit on the noise hits you immediately, long finish. Same consistent quality from WS. Smooth and flows lightly across the palette. I found it to fade as it oxidized, possibly exposing some flaws. — 7 years ago
Subtle dark cherry and red plum, maybe a hint of clove or gentle tobacco notes on the nose. Smooth and silky across the tongue. Dark berry on the back. Temperance Hill is the only Pinot Noir to get from Adelsheim; consistent and never disappoints, pretty close to a sure thing, IMO. — 7 years ago
New world blend with lively fruit alongside mineral and earthy notes. — 7 years ago
2012 was a great year in the Willamette Valley and this wine shows it. IMO, Temperance Hill is Adelsheim’s flagship wine. Mineral and fruit, you can almost sense the stone in the soil, and the ripeness of the fruit. — 7 years ago
Cindi liked. I need to try it. — 7 years ago
