May 5th, 2023Butterscotch and orange blossoms on the nose. In the glass it’s a dark ruby red wine, almost black! Boysenberries on the front of the palate. Lots of calcaire on the mid palate, with pepper and allspice on the finish. All held together with a medium tannic structure that accentuates but doesn’t dominate.
