Fresh and delicious. Bright, lemon zest and minerals. Mouthwatering. Love.

Still a favorite. Main problem is that the bottles are to small...😀

Always better with #PulpoGallego, better yet if it is homemade.

Very light, simpler than what you'd expect. Toned down. Fine, but ultimately got tired of it on the second glass.

Very pale straw. Nose sees brine, iodine, fennel, apples. Palette sees medium acid, fennel, apples, long finish with feeling of carbonation on the tongue. Delightful wine that paired surprisingly well with pizza (all of our reds were packed for our move!)
