Really funky - the anti Albariño. Completely organic, bio, and nuts. Smells like champagne, sherry, and dried apples. Completely opposite of the nose is the palate - zingy, vibrant, palate cleansing. This is fun.

Way prettier on day two...not to be sacrilegious or anything but kind of reminds me of a Joly-like Savennieres that went to the tropics.

Nuts and lees. I can dig it. I'll be honest, I was charmed by the label

Briny and fresh gingery at the outset, poached green pear later, leesy goodness.
