Local stuff, very singular, interesting and tasty!
Beautiful, concentrated dark notes of grilled lemons, smoky minerality, peat, roasted almonds and a peppery spicy seasoning.
Good length and concentration on the palate, good acidity, completely dry.
What a nice surprise, this is really very good!
