"Opened 90 minutes prior to drinking to allow it to breath. Nice medium red color with a bit of bricking on the rim. Nose seemed tight at first, but started to get some nice rose after the glass warmed up and breathed for another hour or so. Mostly subtle cherry and flowers on the palate. Medium+ tannin but well balanced." Anniversary dinner at the cabin with Robin.
