I have to say I am bias and love this producer. To me they produce quality value priced wines. This one is an easy drinking wine. Lots of fruit on the nose. However it is more complex on the palate. Cherries, boysenberry and a touch of spice will be the predominant flavors that last with the long finish. This worked well with sausage and peppers. Acorn is a great producer I hope you try it one day.

Purple color. Medium body. Olive and berries on nose. A bit of tannins remain afterwards. Some acidity. Seems to open up the longer it decants. Enjoyable wine. May be even better tomorrow. Drank on December 8, 2016
